You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase if you believe the report is inaccurate or incomplete. To qualify for a refund, please provide a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence for your claim. Refunds will be processed promptly upon verification of the claim. Refund Processing Time

After your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
